The MATOROLL Conveyor Belt Lacer installs belt for MATO and Flexco branded fasteners by applying the installation pressure in stages until the fastener is fully embedded. Choice of combs are available, purchased separately.

The exchangeable UNICOMB (sold separately here) is designed so all comb sizes can be used alternately with the tools MATOVICE or HYDVICE. They can be exchanged without tools. Wider belts are easily installed in multiple steps. The standard comb width is 300mm.
UNICOMB 30/80 for Belt Fastener R32, R33, R34, R82, R83, R84
UNICOMB 35/85 for Belt Fastener R35, R36, R85, R86
UNICOMB D71 and D72/73 for Belt Fastener D71, D72, D73
